REFUND POLICY


  • Full refunds for any reason may be requested up to the first day the swim club is open for the season.

  • Full refund requests should be made in writing to parkwoodswimclubnc@gmail.com

  • After the swim club has opened, partial refunds may be requested prior to June 15. Partial refunds will be granted at the discretion of the board of directors.

    • Partial refund requests should be submitted in writing to parkwoodswimclubnc@gmail.com.

    • The reason for the request should be clearly stated.

    • The board will review the request and respond with a decision within 7 days.

  • No refunds will be given after June 15 for any reason - including pool closures due to any cause.

  • In the event the pool closes down due to any reason prior to June 15th out of the control of the board and members, refunds will be given on an as available amount. By becoming a member, you are agreeing that a full or prorated refund cannot be given for closures due to, but not limited to, damage caused by weather, vandalism, age of facilities, acts of God, etc.
